How to schedule a Conscious Integration session with Anaté?

One-on-One Sessions

Upon entering this menu:

  1. Choose your appointment
  2. Enter your personal information. It is mandatory that you enter your cell phone number with country code, city, and contact email.
  3. Make sure your email address is correct, as you will receive all the information through this channel.
  4. Choose your payment method (PayPal or credit card).
  5. To cancel via Zelle, please write to us on WhatsApp Customer Service for payment and then schedule.

What should I do after scheduling my session?

  1. You will receive a confirmation email and an invitation to add it to your Google calendar.
  2. The email will contain the link to your Google Meet appointment according to the day and time selected.
  3. If you want to have your session via WhatsAppcall, you must inform the customer service team directly at WhatsApp.
  4. One day before your appointment, you will receive a reminder of your appointment from the customer service team via WhatsApp messaging. You can confirm or cancel your appointment during this period.
  5. Remember that once this period has expired, you will not be able to cancel or modify your appointment.

How long does a session last?

The duration of the session is 55 minutes, with a weekly frequency, during the first 3 months. Once this time has passed, it will be possible to evaluate holding sessions every 15 days or monthly.

Out of respect for your process, your time and that of others, it is extremely important to be a few minutes before the appointment so that you can prepare, as well as have a good internet connection, in a quiet and safe place for the online meeting.

In case of being late for more than 15 minutes and not immediately reporting the cause, the appointment will be considered canceled without being rescheduled.

What is the session frequency?

The session is weekly. Any changes to the duration and frequency must be agreed upon directly in consultation with Anate.

How can I pay for my sessions?

To ensure a smooth experience, session payment is required at booking. We offer various secure payment options: Zelle, credit card (Stripe), and PayPal.
To purchase a service with Zelle, you must write to WhatsApp. There, a customer service representative will guide you through the steps and then make your appointment reservation.

How can I cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment?

You can do it directly through the system, you just have to look for the email that you received with the reservation confirmation, and there you have an option to modify and/or cancel your appointment.

You can also notify through WhatsApp.

Remember that appointments can be canceled or moved with a maximum of 1 day in advance, otherwise it will be considered a no-show.

Is the session confidential?

Confidentiality is paramount for Anaté and her team. We do not disclose any information provided during sessions or personal data shared at the time of booking or purchasing a service.

What should I consider during my session?

  • Reserve a calm space for yourself.
  • Choose a quiet and private location with no background noise.
  • Ensure a good internet connection.
  • Keep your hands free throughout the session; do not hold the device.
  • The start time of each session depends on the patient’s punctuality.

How do I schedule a package of sessions?

We recommend you schedule all sessions upfront to secure your preferred times. You can still reschedule later if needed.
